Made from cacahuazintle corn, must and alcohol, Nixta is the first corn liquor in the world that is of high quality without being aged and serves as a modifier for cocktails. This liquor not only stays in Mexico, almost half of its production is exported and it is present in 12 countries. The corn liquor is produced at the Abasolo Distillery and Winery, where the Mexican culture of corn and the ancient art of nixtamalization are honored. A 4,000-year-old Mesoamerican cooking technique that reveals the deepest flavors and aromas of corn. For its preparation, the tender corn of the season is used, which is macerated in an exquisite corn distillate and sweetened with clarified sweet juice.
