*Damage After First Delivery Attempt (Customer Not Available/Business Closed): We are not responsible for items damaged by the carrier after the first delivery attempt, including instances where the customer is not home or the business is closed. Customers are encouraged to ensure someone with an over 21 ID is available to receive the package or to make alternative arrangements with the carrier if they anticipate not being present. If an item is damaged under these circumstances, the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Ready Time: Most orders are processed and ready for pickup within 12 hours.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is ready.
Requirements: Please bring a valid government-issued ID. The person picking up the order must be 21 years of age or older.

Handling Time: We take great care in packaging your selections. Please allow 0–1 business days for our team to prepare your order for the carrier.
Carrier & Transit: We primarily use FedEx/UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. Local shipments arrive within 1 business days once they leave our cellar.

Age Verification: An adult signature (21+) is strictly required for all deliveries containing alcohol. Carriers will not leave packages unattended.
Weather Holds: To protect the integrity of fine wine, we may occasionally suggest a shipping delay during periods of extreme heat or cold.
