A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify your age at delivery.

Your package requires a signature for delivery. If you're not home to receive the package, the courier may route your package to a nearby location for you to pick up. Register or log in to  FedEx Delivery Manager® or UPS MY CHOISE to manage your delivery.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund in the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, damaged by the carrier, defective in another way.

*Damage After First Delivery Attempt (Customer Not Available/Business Closed): We are not responsible for items damaged by the carrier after the first delivery attempt, including instances where the customer is not home or the business is closed. Customers are encouraged to ensure someone with an over 21 ID is available to receive the package or to make alternative arrangements with the carrier if they anticipate not being present. If an item is damaged under these circumstances, the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
