One of the historic productions of the Dorgali Winery. A cannonau from Sardinia that tells our territory, our history and our culture well. Aged in second passage barriques for 3 months and concrete tanks. Aged in bottle for 3 months. It prefers strong dishes based on game and game, mature and tasty cheeses. Serve at 16-18 degrees C, uncorking the bottle 30 minutes before serving.
