Winemaking Notes: The wine is fermented with ambient yeasts and is aged in small concrete tanks. Each varietal is vinified separately and then blended towards the end of the winemaking process. The wine is bottled without the addition of sulfur. Tasting Notes: The ripeness and inherent nature of each grape comes through in each bottle of Cherries & Rainbows. The Grenache shows dark, round fruit, the Syrah contributes spice and earth, and the Mourvedre brings structure and an herbal quality. The wine is fresh, easy drinking, and best served with a slight chill.
