The Ceder’s range is made using 15 botanicals, carefully selected for their specific flavors. Juniper and Coriander for instance, are typically found in gins and make the perfect base for the 4 distinct flavour profiles of the Ceder’s range. Each of the botanicals are then individually distilled into a concentrate to capture each unique flavour. Buchu and Rooibos are South African plants found in the Cederberg Mountains, in order to preserve their distinctly wild flavours, our distillers work on very small batches, ensuring great flavour.
