Calle 23 begins with a careful selection of blue agave from the Los Altos area of Jalisco. The pineapples are cooked for about 15 minutes, the fiber and natural sugars are extracted and left to ferment. It is then distilled and matured in American whiskey barrels, 8 months for reposado and 18 months for aged. Calle 23 Tequila stands out for its flavor, smooth, clean and vibrant.
