100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Bartolucci vineyard on Dean York Lane in St. Helena. The fruit was harvested on September 18 through October 8, with an average Brix of 25.8 degrees. The grapes were pressed off the skins 14 days after crushing and the wine was aged for 19 months in small French oak barrels (50% new wood).
