( Half Bottle ) Gonzalez Byass Solera 1847 Jerez-Xeres-Sherry Cream. It shows a dark mahogany color due to the addition of the Pedro Ximenez. On the nose aromas of raisins, vanilla, oak and slight hints of hazelnuts. On the palate a delicate wine with a smooth reminder of dates and raisins, finishing with notes of caramel, oak and slight hints of nuts. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese however also as a dessert wine with vanilla ice cream, fruit salad and apple pie.
