A blend of Pinot Noir and Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chardonnay harvested by hand. The grapes come from the best places, 80% from “Premier Cru” plots mainly in Vertus and 20% from “Grand Cru”. Preserved in small oak wood containers, reserve wines exude the complexity of this exceptional wine: fresh and fruity Champagne, a nice balance of liveliness and roundness.
