Bodegas Ondarre Cava Brut Millenium. Straw yellow with golden highlights. Fruity, yeasty aroma. Lively to the palate, fresh. Fine bubbles and persistent cordon. Preparation: Early harvest to ensure the finesse of the base wine. Production in a stainless steel tank using yeasts selected for their aromatic power and controlling the temperature between 14 and 16 ºC. Second fermentation in the bottle with selected yeasts and temperatures below 15 ºC. Disgorgement after spending 10/11 months in rhyme.

The Grupo Bodegas Olarra started out in 1973 with the construction of a wine cellar for making great Rioja wines on the outskirts of Logroño. Modern techniques, with a traditional culture.
