G.D. Vajra Dolcetto d'Alba 750ml. The fruit was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 6-10 days with frequent pump overs and aged in stainless steel tanks until the following spring. Deep and full of flavor.
The estate of G.D. Vajra, situated in Vergne the highest village in the Commune of Barolo, was established in 1972 by Giuseppe Domenico. Milena and Aldo Vaira are the current owners. Both have worked the vineyards since the early 1970s.
