Domaine Franck Millet Sancerre Rose. This Sancerre Rosé is a blend of pressed and bled juice. The grapes pressed at harvest produce the pressed juice and the bled juice is the product of skin maceration. The must is then settled and low temperature fermentation begins. No malolactic fermentation.

The Franck Millet estate, located in the commune of Bue, benefits from the "savoir-faire" of three generations of winemakers. In 1991 Franck Millet and his wife Betty, the guarantors of a family know-how of Sancerrois winegrowers, took over the family business farming their 7 hectare property which today has grown to 23 hectares. Their vines are spread over the 3 protected appellations of origin (PDO) where they produce: Sancerre Blanc, Rosé et Rouge, Menetou-Salon Blanc et Rouge, and Pouilly-Fumé Blanc. Their constant goal is to achieve the finest balance and greatest typicity for each and every vintage. Grapes and must are rigorously selected for optimal quality.
