Bodegas Muga Flor De Muga Rioja Rose. This rosé displays a subtle, very pale pink colour with violet glints. An elegant, fresh nose reveals both delicate and complex aromatics, with hints of peach, strawberry and white flowers coming through. The palate is full and fleshy and exhibits the same aromatics as found on the nose. This is a fine, elegant wine with good length of flavour.

Grapes harvested manually, at their optimal ripeness moment, transported to the winery in small boxes and with refrigerated transport, to keep all the aromatic potential intact. After a short maceration, where it is kept in contact with the skins, 50% of the first juice that comes out of the press is selected by simple gravity (flower juice). It is then fermented at low temperature in small oak vats, parcel by parcel. Once the fermentation is finished, the wine is preserved with the fine lees, for a minimum of 4 months, carrying out regular bâtonage (putting the fine lees in suspension) to protect the wine naturally, maintaining the aromas and providing volume in the mouth. Once this process is finished, a tasting is carried out, parcel by parcel, to define the final blend.
