Domaine Frederic Esmonin Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune. Its crimson colour with dark purple accents is reminiscent of peony flowers or the depth of certain roses. The fruity nose evokes Morello cherries and raspberries, it evolves towards blackcurrant, liquorice to undergrowth, often with a hint of spice.
