Protos Rueda Verdejo Organic. Straw yellow color with greenish hues characteristic of the variety. Clean and bright. Medium-high intensity aroma, somewhat fresher but less complex than traditional Verdejo. Mouth: Fresh, dry, round and structured thanks to aging for two months on fine lees. Persistent and with a good aftertaste, in which the apple and the herbaceous come out again.

From young vineyards cultivated from its plantation in an ecological way and accredited by the competent organisms, in gravelly soils typical of the area. Clay-loam soil, with a certain alkaline character. Altitude: 800-840m. Yields: 4,500 kg/hectare.
