About Chateau Cos Labory Cos Labory Castle is a Cinquiéme Cru Classé produced in the denomination of Saint-Est-phe, more precisely on the hill of Cos Its vineyard covers 18 hectares of gravel soil on a limestone basis and benefits from a grape variety dominated by 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot, plus 5% Cabernet Franc.
