Shorebird Small Batch Hand Crafted American Bourbon Whiskey.  A blend of 19 casks aged no less than 4 years. the resulting mash bill is a four-grain blend of 65% corn, 26% wheat, 6% rye and 3% malted barley. this bourbon is approachable and balanced, with pleasant notes of honey, spice and vanilla. it’s outstanding in an old fashioned or a paper plane.
