Chateau des Plassons XO Cognac. Deep, transparent and sparkling amber and garnet tone. Nose: Delicate floral aromas of jasmine and narcissus. The finish is spicy with warm nutmeg. The aromas evolve gently towards cedar wood. In the mouth: The flavor remains on the palate for more than an hour. The high viscosity of Cognac appears on the tongue, due to the high concentration during the aging process. A complex, full-bodied and totally delicious cognac.
