Litchfield Batchers' Coffee Bourbon Whiskey. We carefully crafted this spirit beginning with Windsor-based roaster, Baronet Coffee who ground arabica beans to cold brew specs. We then steeped the grinds in cold distilled water for 24 hours for maximum absorption and infused the brew into our bourbon whiskey during the proofing process. The coffee is smooth, not bitter and adds a complex earthy character to the finish.

We took our award-winning Straight Bourbon Whiskey and aged it for an additional year in barrels that were primed with Port. It's a beautiful marriage between the bourbon's woodsy vanillas and caramels, and the port's delicately sweet, ripe fruit. It's exceptionally smooth yet filled with subtle nuances that reveal themselves after every sip. Superb neat or in classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
