Dillon Old Agricultural Rum is patiently aged for a minimum of 3 years in small oak barrels, using traditional methods. Ideal as a tasting or digestif, accompanied by a square of dark chocolate. Colour: Mahogany colour. Nose: Power of aged agricultural rum and notes of fruit and chocolate. Taste: Round, pleasant at the end. Notes of candied bananas, prunes, vanilla, coconut and chocolate.

Distillerie Dillon is located in Fort de France in Martinique. The company was named after Arthur Dillon (1750-1794), a soldier of Lafoyet’s army in the struggle for independence, who at age 16 became a commander. Returning from the war, he married the rich widow Louise. Having bought the estate, they began to grow sugarcane on the spot. Dillon rum uses 10 varieties of sugarcane. It is grown for 2-3 years, and then harvested and crushed three times. Distillation is carried out in columns heated to a temperature of 65 ° C. Today, Dillon rum is exported to many countries around the world, and its unique taste will be appreciated by connoisseurs of spirits.
